Rezoning LZ Z-17-04: Carl Pirkle 359 East Moreno Street Parcel: 7-295A-001 Zoning from C-2 tol R-100 Acres: 0.60 PaZRecommendation #Z-17-04: Carl Pirkle requested rezoning for the property located at 359 East Moreno Street, being parcel 7-295A-001, from C-2 to R-100. The applicant was present and explained the request to the Board. There were no objections from the audience. Discussion was held about the square footage ofthe house, location of driveway and sidewalk along Moreno Street. Motion by Homer Whiting and seconded by Harley Bennett to recommend approval oft the rezoning to R-100 with the following conditions: 1. The rezoning case supports the development and occupancy ofai new building with a residential use. Any future requests to change the occupancy type with a commercial or office use shall be prohibited unless the zoning category is changed appropriately 2. The owner shall install a 5 foot sidewalk with a 2 foot landscape strip on East Moreno and the building and site are brought up to Buford City Codes.
