Special Use Permit IS SUP-17-02:  Ahmed Tharani 4780 Lanier Island Parkway Parcel: 08-157-000022 Zoning: M-1  PaZReommendtion  #SUP-17-02: Ahmed Tharani requested a special use permit for the property located at 4780 Lanier Islands Parkway. The special use permit requested is to allow al hand car wash in an existing building. The applicant was not present. There were no objections from the audience. Motion by Wayne Johnson and seconded by Homer Whiting to recommend approval oft the special use permit as requested with the following conditions: 1. The Applicant shall provide the City ofl Buford with written documentation verifying the proper containment and treatment of excessive water and chemical runoff from the car wash operation. At no time will excessive water or chemical runoffb be discharged 2. The car wash operation shall be contained ini the immediate area oft the existing automated car wash building. Expansion oft the car wash operation shall not encroach into the parking or driveway isle/pump isles oft the convenient store and retail area. 3. The approval oft the Special Use Permit runs concurrent with the applicant. Should the applicant cease the operation oft the hand car wash business the Special Use Permit is  into the stormwater system.  no longer valid for another business entity.  Ayes-4 Nays-0    6.
