Mayor Mark Powers called the meeting to order with the following present: Jim Gozia, Roger Spencer, Ladonna Allen, Mike Burns, and Gary Stubblefield. Also present were City Administrator Steve Lawver, City Attorney Mike Talley, City Clerk Maribeth Matney, Deputy City Clerk Alaina Wright and City Administrator Assistant Crystal Winkfield. Senior Citizens: Gary Stubblefield said the Senior Center is closed through Friday due to a possible exposure.
