WORK SESSION MARCH 7,2 2016 6:00 P.M.  CEDARTOWN CITY COMMISSION  Commissioners Present: Larry Odom, Chairman  Dale Tuck, Chair Pro-Tem Matt Foster Jordan Hubbard Andrew Carter Bill Fann, City Manager Carol Crawford, City Clerk  Commissioners Absent:  Also Present:  WORK SESSION CALLEDTO ORDER PUBLIC SAFETY VEHICLE BIDS  Chairman Odom called the Work Session to order at 6:00 p.m.  A motion was made by Commissioner Foster, seconded by Commissioner Hubbard, all voting "Aye" none voting "No" the Commission approved the low bid from Prater Ford in the amount of$29,892 for the 2016 Ford Expedition for the Fire Department and the low bid from Prater Ford in the amount of $26,110: for the 2016 Ford Police Utility Interceptor (Explorer).  CEVIAN DESIGN-I UPDATED DESIGN CRITERIA  Representatives from Cevian Design gave an updated presentation oft the design criteria for the  Lankford Event Center. EXECUTIVE SESSION  On motion by Commissioner Tuck, seconded by Commissioner Foster, all voting "Aye" none voting No" the Commission went into executive session to discuss real estate and personnel On motion by Commissioner Hubbard, seconded by Commissioner Foster, all voting "Aye" none  matters.  voting "No" the Commission came out of executive session.  ADJOURN adjourned.  At7:00 p.m., there being no further business for consideration, Commissioner Foster moved to adjourn.
