WORK SESSION FEBRUARY: 1,2016 6:00 P.M.  CEDARTOWN CITY COMMISSION  Commissioners Present: Larry Odom, Chairman  Chair Pro-Tem Tuck Andrew Carter Matt Foster Jordan Hubbard Bill Fann, City Manager Carol Crawford, City Clerk  Also Present:  ASSISTANT CITY CLERK. JOB DESCRIPTION  The Commission requested that the Assistant City Clerk job description be placed on the  February 8, 2016 agenda.  EAST AVENUE CORRIDOR IMPROVEMENTS  Commissioner Tuck discussed with the Commission that Brad Jones is doing a study on the East Avenue corridor. The cost of the study is $10,000. The county is asking that the city put in PUBLIC LEASE AGREEMENT - CITY OF CEDARTOWN & CEDARTOWN YOUTH The Commission discussed revisions to the lease agreement with Cedartown Youth Baseball. At 6:30 p.m., there being no further business for consideration, Commissioner Hubbard moved to adjourn. Commissioner Foster seconded, all voting Aye" none voting "No" the Commission  $5,000 for the study. BASEBALL ADJOURN adjourned.
