The Carl Junction City Council met in regular session on Tuesday December 20, 2022 at 7:02 PM at City Hall. Mayor Mark Powers called the meeting to order with the following present: LaDonna Allen, Rick Flinn, Jim Gozia, Roger Spencer, Mike Burns, Mark Satterlee and Holliel LaVigne. Bob! McAfee was absent. Also present were City Administrator Steve Lawver, City Attorney Mike  Talley, City Clerk Alaina Wright and City Administrator Assistant Crystal Winkfield. Allens said the committee willl begin working on thei next budget cycle in January, on January 16th at Human Resources: Roger Spencer said they had a meeting earlier tonight and decided against adding New Year's Eve as a  3:00PM. holiday.
