WORK SESSION DECEMBER: 3, 2018 6P.M.  PUBLIC HEARING - FY2019 BUDGET  City Manager Bill Fann asked for public comments or questions regarding the FY2019 budget. There were no public comments "for" or "against" the FY2019 budget and the public hearing  was closed  REVIEW OF LIQUOR BY THE DRINK TAX ORDINANCE  Assistant City Manager Edward Guzman reviewed the distilled spirits tax ordinance with the Commission a 3% excise taxi for liquor by the drink. The excise tax would be remitted on a  monthly basis to the city.  REVIEW OF THE: 2019 BOARD APPOINTMENTS  City Manager Fann reviewed with the Commission the 2019 Board appointments.  PROJECT UPDATES  City Manager Bill Fann advised that the Wastewater projects went out to bid and bids are due next Tuesday. The bids will have a construction start date in. January.
