There were no public comments "for" or "against" the FY2019 budget and the public hearing was closed REVIEW OF LIQUOR BY THE DRINK TAX ORDINANCE Assistant City Manager Edward Guzman reviewed the distilled spirits tax ordinance with the Commission a 3% excise taxi for liquor by the drink.
