Steve Lawver said there havel been four major upgrades to the WWTP and] DNR does not allow expansion if they don't believe thet treatment plant can handle it. Court report- No discussion COMMITTEE REPORTS Budget/Finance: LaDonna Allen said there was ab budget meeting earlier tonight toi review the first quarter budget. LaDonna said the budget committee is recommending changing the collection of personal and real property overt to the. Jasper County Collector's office. She said collections of personal property is down over the last three years. She saidt the collection feei is 4% and the budget committee is recommending the change.
