He said at the corner of Pennell & Main people have been parking at an angle at Simpson's Funeral Home. Mayor Powers said he! has Mark Satterlee asked if the striping would also go around on Pennell Street or ift temporary posts could be put in thei road to make people see the vehicles as they turn the corner. Mark McCall said they could put upa a no parking sign att the corner. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSIONOF ANAPPLICATION FORI MODOT'S TAP PROGRAM Steve Lawver said this is for thei next round of applications for funding in 2023 for the sidewalk program, which would take thes sidewalk on Pennell Street from Deanl Road to Arlington Drive. He said the fire Budget/Finance: Ladonna Allen said she received updated numbers on expenditures so far. At the end of the first quarter, Public Works has used 22% oftheir fuell budget and the police department has used 31% of their fuel budget. She said looking at the  department thought it was a skull and they determined it was an animal skull.  COMMITTEE REPORTS    current numbers, our fuel budget will be expended by January.
