Mayor Mark Powers called thei meeting to order with the following present: LaDonna, Allen,] Rick] Flinn, Jim Gozia, Bobl McAfee, Roger Spencer, and Mike Burns. Mark Satterlee was absent. Also present were City Administrator Stevel Lawver, City Attorey Mike Talley, City Clerk Alaina  Wright and City Administrator Assistant Crystal Winkfield. Steve Lawver said P&Z is recommending approval. Joshua Oathout with Anderson Engineering was present and said they Mike Burns questioned why 55 foot lot widths would be accepted when it isn't accepted in proerty zoned as R1 and R2. He LaDonna. Steve Lawver said the engineering and development typically costs more for a planned unit development than a typical development. Filament Essential Services bid was $5,050 annually with $4,530 in one-time set-up fees and would include a website that could be updated with city administration staff at any time and would include an app forl both the Apple App Store and the Google Play. S&S Computers emailed a proposal that included continuing the current website for free and add push notifications that could be set upi in 1-21 hours at $75 per hour and the monthly fees would be Mayor Powers said having a current website with up to date information was: something important for the city.
