The Carl Junction City Council met in regular session on' Tuesday April 19,2022 at 7:001 PM: at City Hall. Mayor Mark Powers called the meeting to order with the following present: Jim Gozia, Bob McAfee, Rick Flinn, Ladonna Allen, Mike Burns and Gary Stubblefield. Roger Spencer and Mark Satterlee were absent. Also present were City Administrator Steve Lawver, City Attorney Mike  Talley, City Clerk Alaina Wright, and City Administrator Assistant Crystal Winkfield. Thes study shows there needs to be al left turn lane fort the eastbound lane at. Joplin and] Fir. The traffic study determined. Fir Road should be improved to three lanes between Joplin and Peace Church, Briarbrook Drive should have a single lane roundabout, and Lone Elm needs signal control. Public Facilities & Planning: Bobl McAfee had nothing toi report. Senior Citizens: Gary Stubblefield had nothing to report. There was no unfinished business before the council.
