Buford City Commission  June 25, 2020 Called Meeting 5:00 p.m.  Acalled meeting oft the Buford City Commission was held on June 25, 2020 and all Commission Motion by Mr. Weeks, seconded by Mr. Burge to approve the agenda as presented.  members were present.  Ayes 3 Nays 0  Chairman Beard called the meeting to order at! 5:00 p.m. Chairman Beard stated that the purpose of the meeting was to adopt City of Buford Combined Utility Revenue Bonds, Series 2020 resolution and ordinance with final terms and authorize Chairman and City Attorney to Motion by Mr. Burge, second by Mr. Weeks to adopt City of Buford Combined Utility Revenue Bonds, Series 2020 resolution and ordinance with final terms and authorize Chairman and City  execute any and all documents related to issuance.  Attorney to execute any and all documents related to issuance.  Ayes 3 Nays 0  Motion by Mr. Burge, second by Mr. Weeks to adjourn.
