Ayes 3 Nays 0  Chairman Beard called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Chairman Beard stated that the purpose of the meeting was to consider adoption of resolution for issuance of City of Buford Combined Utility System Revenue Bonds Series 2020, approve Preliminary Official Statement (POS) and authorize Chairman and City Attorney to execute any and all documents related to Motion by Mr. Burge, second by Mr. Weeks to adopt an Ordinance and Resolution for issuance of City of Buford Combined Utility System Revenue Bonds Series 2020 and to approve Preliminary Official Statement and authorize Chairman and City Attorney to execute any and all  issuance.  documents related to issuance.
