Mayor Mark Powers called the meeting to order with the following present: LaDonna Allen, Rick Flinn, Jim Gozia, Bob McAfee, Roger Spencer and Hollie LaVigne. Mike Burns and Mark Satterlee was absent. Budget/Finance: LaDonna Allen said there was ai first reading tonight on the ordinance for the budget and it should be passed Code/ Nuisance: Rick Flinn said there was a meeting earlier tonight about three code changes. Steve Lawver said two oft those Senior Citizens: Steve Lawver said Richard Garrett emailed a report and has also requested the senior citizen committee and at the next meeting. changes willl be presented to the council at the next meeting but the third has to go to P&Z first. Human Resources: Roger Spencer had nothing to report. Public Facilities & Planning: Mike Burns was absent. public facilities meet. Steve said he needs to speak with Mike Burns about public facilities being involved. UNFINISHED BUSINESS NEW BUSINESS There was no unfinished business before the council. Chief McCall said Ford and Chevrolet have shut down all orders this year for patrol vehicles. He said there is a dealership in Siloam Springs, ARt that Oronogo! has used tol buy patrol vehicles thati might! have one Chevy Tahoe available at thist time. Roger Spencer askedi ifthe $49,467 was thei full price for the vehicle.
