APPROVALOF BIDS FOR LIGHTING ATI FRANK DEAN BALLI PARK Steve Lawver said the previous bid discussed for $70,660 was for the fixtures only, and these bids are to actually repair and replace the lights. There was three bids: Joplin Industrial Electric for $111,826.00, CDLI Electric for $120,055.00, and. J. Vangel Electric for $160,268.00. Steve said Allgeier Martin is recommending thel lowest bid from Joplin Industrial Electric. He said the total work Mike Burns asked what this lighting included and Steve said it would remove the lights in back that weren't necessary. LaDonna Allen asked if the previous bid for thei fixtures had been approved and Steve said no.
