City of Byron Mayor and Council Work: session April4,2024  The City of Byron Mayor and Council met in work session in the Office of the Mayor located on the second floor of the Municipal Complex. Mayor Michael Chidester, Council Members. James Richardson, Rusty Adams, Chris Hodges, and Alan Dorsey were present. Council Member Michael Chumbley was absent. City employees that attended were City Administrator Tiffany Sandefur and Assistant to the City Administrator Melanie Bickford. City Attorney Brian Causey attended the meeting as well.  The meeting started at 8:00AM with breakfast served and the Mayor and Council began reviewing Appendix A- Land Development, Zoning Ordinances and Subdivision regulations Part IV: Zoning The work session ended at 10:52AM. No additional meetings will be scheduled. The City Attorney was tasked with making minor updates to these sections based off discussion for review. Planning & Zoning will review changes April 4, 2024, at 4:30PM and the update oft this section iss scheduled to have as second  Regulations and Appendix: ZI Parking.  and final reading on April 8, 2024, at 6:00PM.
