Amendment to Section 4.5F (2) Major revision to a Planned Unit Development District The intent is toi include specific criteria in what constitutes a minor or major revision to a Planned  Unit Development District.  Amendment to Section 4.3D. - Minimum side yards in an R-3: zoning classification. Amendment to Section 4.3D. - Minimum lot widths in an R-3 zoning classification.    VI.
