CALL TO ORDER Mayor Pro Tem Grubisich called the meeting to order at 6:45 p.m. 2. EXECUTIVE SESSION 2A. The City Council shall convene into executive session pursuant to Texas Government Code, $551.074 (Personnel) to discuss and deliberate on the evaluation and duties of the City Secretary. Chair Ken Romaine called their portion of the meeting to order at 6:47 p.m. Also present were members Chris Kizziar, James Moseley and Donna Manhart. Not present were Tony Schmitz, Frixmon Michael, Cindy Gonzales-Baker and Samone Skinner. Mr. Romaine reviewed the roles and responsibilities of the Board, schedule for meetings and cases considered, as well as their role as the Building and Standards Commission. Mr. Romaine adjourned their portion of the meeting at 6:53 p.m. 3B. Present update for 2022 Fireworks on Main event. (15 minutes) City of Rowlett 11204 Aaron Cleaver - Director of Parks and Recreation and Pamela Vierus Special Events Coordinator, reviewed the changes for this year's event and the lineup of musical performers. Scheduled are: Texas High Road (5:00 - 6:00 p.m.), Blaze of Glory (6:30 - 7:30 p.m.) and Emerald City Band (8:00 - 9:30 p.m.)with fireworks to follow. 4.
