EXECUTIVE SESSION 1A. The City Council shall convene into Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code, $551.071 (Consultation with Attorney) and $551.074 (Personnel) to seek legal advice from the City Attorney and to discuss the duties and resignation of the presiding judge of the Municipal Court. Mayor Pro Tem Grubisich made a prepared statement. City of Rowlett 11211 A motion was made by Councilmember Brown, seconded by Councilmember Bell, to approve the agreement under the terms discussed in Executive Session and to authorize the Mayor to execute the agreement on the City's behalf. Councimember Brown provided personal remarks. The motion passed with a unaninous vote of those members present.
