Municipal Building = 4000 Main St. Present: Mayor Margolis, Mayor Pro Tem Winget, Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Shinder, Councilmember Galuardi, Councilmember Grubisich, Councilmember Britton and Counciimember Bell CALL TO ORDER 1. Mayor Margolis called the meeting to order at 8:33 a.m. 2. PUBLIC INPUT There were no Citizen Input Forms received and no in-person speakers. 3. EXECUTIVE SESSION at 10:06 a.m. Councilmembers interviewed four applicants and took a short break at 9:57 a.m., reconvening Councilmembers interviewed an additional five applicants and took a short break for lunch at 12:04 p.m., reconvening at 12:25 p.m. Councimembers interviewed the remaining three applicants. appointments and reappointments of currently seated members. Council discussion regarding their respective boards' interviews and recommendations for new 3A. The City Council shall convene into Executive Session pursuant to the Texas Government Code, $551.074 (Personnel) to discuss appointments to the Planning and Zoning Commission and Board of Adjustment. Council did not officially convene in Executive Session. 4. TAKE. ANY NECESSARY OR. APPROPRIATE ACTION ON CLOSEDIEXECUTIVE SESSION There was no action taken.
