By motion made and second (Sharp/Ellis) to approve November 9, 2023 minutes as presented. 4-0 By motion made and second (Fall/Sharp) to add detail to the November 16, 2023 minutes and present at next Item 2: INITIAL COMMMERCIAL CANNABIS VARIANCE REQUEST (CCV-2023-07). An initial commercial cannabis cultivation request of the Planning Commission to reduce the required 350-feet cultivation setback from a neighboring residential structure, pursuant to Trinity County Code Section 17.43.050A(8). The project site is located at 211 Old Poker Bar Rd., Douglas City, CA 96024. APN 025-140-004-000. Applicant: B. Lor. Adopt Resolution PC 2023-14 subject to Exhibit A - Conditions of Approval to reduce the 350-feet setback requirement from the residence on APN 016-200-041-000 to approximately 160 ft. and from the residence 12/14/2023 Planning Commission Minutes Page 11 on APN 016-200-042-000 to approximately 3151 ft. subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit A. Roll call vote: Ellis-aye, Heaton-aye, Sharp-aye, Fall-aye PLANNING COMMISSIONERS REPORT: Commissioner Sharp informed that staff is working to have a Subdivision Review Committee meeting in January to review the process as it has been many! years since it has been active. Chair Fall inquired about the approval of 2 county fire marshals for the committee from the Board of Supervisors. PLANNING DIRECTOR'S REPORT: Deputy Director Prestley expressed his enthusiasm that we are very close to Deputy Director Prestley said iti is on the board agenda for December 12. having a first meeting of the subdivision review committee.
