The following recommendations were made by the Planning Commission: Update TCC chapter 17.43.050(A)8) to replace the term' 'cultivation" with "canopy" and, Propose that the existing Commercial Cultivation Variance (CCV) process be converted to an Administrative Buffer Commissioner Heaton visited the Joss House state historic park, and remarked to the upcoming retirement of Jeff Dickey with kudos from himself and the south county area residents. Chair Fall remarked to Commissioner Sharp's resigning and thanked him for his service. She also encouraged the other commissioner's to look into a course Reduction - Director's Use Permit. PLANNING COMMISSIONERS REPORT: offered at UC Davis "Planning for non-planners". PLANNING DIRECTORSREPORE: Deputy Director Prestley announced Commissioner Sharp's resignation and a new appointment would be made on January 31st. He also commented to the WeaverVille Architectural Review committee meeting of January gth addressing concerns of recent complaints, and on January 10th a preparation gathering of the Subdivision Review 1/11/2024 Planning Commission Minutes Page 11 Committee to review what the expectations and responsibilities are for this committee.
