Municipal Building - 4000 Main  Present: Mayor Margolis, Mayor Pro Tem Winget, Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Shinder,  Councilmember Galuardi, Councilmember Grubisich, Councilmember Britton and  Councilmember Bell  1. CALL TO ORDER  Mayor Margolis called the meeting to order at 1:06 p.m.  2. PUBLIC INPUT There was no public input. 3. EXECUTIVE SESSION  The City Council shall convene into Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074 (Personnel) to conduct interviews with three finalists for the  appointment ofa new City Manager. In at 1:06 p.m. Out at 2:06 p.m. for a short break. In at 2:10 p.m. Out at 3:01 p.m. Break at 3:01 p.m. Reconvene at 4:43 p.m.  TAKE ANY NECESSARY OR APPROPRIATE ACTION ON CLOSEDIEXECUTIVE SESSION  MATTERS  There was no action taken. 4.
