(45minutes) Brian Funderburk, City Manager, provided background to the implementation of the 4-day work week - salary surveys, public safety and open range, modification of work schedules for open range in lieu of salary increases; employee survey - six-month follow up; and potential options should Council wish to make adjustments. Discussion regarding other options available to maintain 4-day work week with operations being open Monday - Friday. Staffv will review options and follow up with Council at ai future date.
