Municipal Building - 4000 Main  Present: Mayor Margolis, Mayor Pro Tem Shinder, Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Winget, Councilmember Bowers, Councilmember Britton and Councilmember Schupp  1.  CALL TO ORDER  Mayor Margolis called the meeting to order at 11:00 a.m.  2.  PUBLIC INPUT There was no public input. EXECUTIVE SESSION  3.  3A. The City Council shall convene into Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code, $551.074 (Personnel) to discuss appointments to the Planning and Zoning Commission and Board  of Adjustment.  Mayor Margolis convened into Executive Session at 11:01 a.m.  Reconvened in Open Session at 2:19 p.m.  4.  TAKE ANY NECESSARY OR APPROPRIATE ACTION ON CLOSEDEXECUTIVE SESSION No formal action taken. Ratification and approval of appointments is slated for the September 19,  MATTERS  2023 City Council meeting. ADJOURNMENT  5.  The meeting adjourned at 2:19pm.
