REGULAR CALENDAR: Item 1. Minutes: Approve meeting minutes from February 8, 2024. By motion made and second (Fall/Ellis) to approve (4-0) the minutes of February 8, 2024 as presented. Item 2: INITIAL COMMERCIAL CANNABIS CULTIVATION VARIANCE REQUEST (CCV-2024-01): An initial commercial cannabis cultivation request of the Planning Commission to reduce the required 350-feet cultivation setback from a neighboring residential structure, pursuant to Trinity County Code Section 17.43.050A(8). The project site is located at 3041 Wildwood Rd., Wildwood, CA 96076. APNO 019-680-005-000. Applicant: K. Hampson. Public comment was heard from: Kamila Hampson-Applicant, Rhoda Cain, Trinity Center; Matthew Jefferson, Trinity By motion made and second (Fall/Barrett) to approve by roll call vote 5-0. The Planning Commission moves to: A. Adopt Resolution PC 2024-01 subject to Exhibit A = Conditions of Approval to reduce the 350-feet setback to approximately 220-feet and 330-feet from the residence on APN 019-680-004-000 and APN 019-680-020- Center and being there were no other speakers public comment was closed. 000. Roll call vote: Barrett-aye, Fall-aye, Fleitz-aye, Ellis-aye, Heaton-aye PLANNING COMMISSIONERS REPORT: Commissioner Fall reported on attending the General Plan meeting last PLANNING DIRECTOR'S REPORT: Deputy Director Prestley commented about community plans meetings happening now and that there will be more in the near future. He also answered commission inquiry as to when the Limited Density ordinance amendment and the CCVI buffer reduction ordinance would be heard at the board of week for Lewiston's community plan.
