Item 2: INITIAL COMMERCIAL CANNABIS CULTIVATION VARIANCE REQUEST (CCV-2023-22): An initial commercial cannabis cultivation request oft thel Planning Commission to reduce the required 350-feet cultivation: setback from a neighboring residential structure, pursuant to Trinity County Code Section 17.43.050A(8). Commissioner Heaton inquired about the General Plan meeting of a joint session to occur May. Commissioner Fleitz gave al brief summary of the April 3rd Weaverville Architectural Review meeting.
