Municipal Building = 4000 Main  Present: Mayor Margolis, Mayor Pro Tem Shinder, Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Winget, Councilmember Reaves, Councilmember Bowers, and Councilmember Schupp  Absent: Councilmember Britton  1.  CALL TO ORDER  Mayor Margolis called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.  2.  PUBLIC COMMENT No comments were made. INDIVIDUAL CONSIDERATION int the City on May 4, 2024.  3.  3A. Consider and take action on an ordinance canvassing the returns of a Special Bond Election held  Mayor Margolis read the Propositions and votes cast for each one.  An motion was made by Deputy Mayor Pro' Tem' Winget, seconded by Coucilmember Schupp. To approve an ordinance canvassing the returns of a Special Bond Election held ini the City on May 4, 2024. The motion passed with a unanimous vote of those members present, 6-0. TAKE ANY NECESSARY OR APPROPRIATE ACTION ON CLOSEDIEXECUTIVE SESSION  This item was approved as ORD-010-24.  MATTERS.
