She encouraged Board members to bej present at the Heart of Heath 5k/Family Run She stated that Leah Park & Play reported that the equipment for the 2023 PATH project of "Sunset Swings" at' Terry Park would be delivered in early April andi installed ini mid. April. 3.c Update and Discussion Regarding Proposed Renovations and Improvements to Towne Center Park and Retaining a Construction Manager at] Risk (CMAR): for Assistant City Manager Kevin Lasher reported that the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a Construction Manager-At-Risk for Renovations and Improvements to the Heath Town Center Park wasi issued on Friday, February 17. To date, two firms have expressed an interest to apply: Dean Construction of Cedar Hill, and Ryan Clark with Satterfield &  toj promote PATH and the special campaign.  the Project.  Pontikes of Dallas.    The deadline for submission is March 31.
