DODSON SAUNDERS UNANIMOUS6-0  3.b Council, Staff and Board Member Reports:  Assistant Manager Keven Lasher showed the Board the preliminary concept sketch fori the Passive Park tol be located on the surplus TxDOTI Right on. FM 740 ini front oft the Towne Center purchased by the HEDC/HMBCi in 2019. HEDC/HMBCboard: input fori thel Park Board included adding more. buffer Lasher also informed the Board that an RFQ: for a Construction Manager-at-Risk fori the Towne Center Mayor Elam provided an update on legal activities involving the City, and President Saunders called for two volunteers to serve on 2023 Comprehensive Steering Plan. Dodson and Zilinskas volunteered.  from traffic and improving the flow from thej park areai tot thel businesses.  Park had been issued. Responses were due by March 31.  3.C Discussion and. Action Regarding HEDC/HMBC FY2022-2023 Project Focus, including Marketing Campaign and Publication of] Development Standards for The Reserve. Brooke provided an update on ongoing marketing activities for The Reserve, noting that five quality leads are being vetted sO far. Discussion Regarding HEDC/HMBC Funding Parking in The Reserve.  Lasher explained the purpose of this discussion was to determine the Board's interest in exploring the infrastructure: investment of parkingi in the Reserve as an incentive to prospective businesses and to retain control of a parking design that upholds the vision ofThe Reserve.
