ADJUSTMENT November7,2022  After determining that a quorum was present, the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the City of Denton, Texas convened in a Regular Meeting on Monday, November 7, 2022, at 5:39 p.m. in Training Rooms 3, 4, and 5 at the Development Service Center, 401 N Elm Street, Denton, Texas. PRESENT: Vice Chair Jennifer) Lane, and Commissioners Michael Redwine, Connor Hall,Jessica  Pharr, Angela Green, and Lauren Fischer  ABSENT: Commissioners: Kate Lynass, and Princewill Njoku. Ron Menguita, Principal Planner, presented the item and a discussion followed. Commissioner Redwine moved to approve the 2023 Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting calendar as presented.
