TOLAR CITY COUNCIL MINUTES - September 17, 2019- -REGULAR MEETING The City of Tolar Council met on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at 6:00 P.M. Present: Terry Johnson, Mayor Matt Hutsell Sally Grimes Chip Foster Craig Davis Kevin Fron None Absent: City Staff Present: Michelle Burdette, City Secretary Zach Cox, P&Z, Code Enforcement, Building Inspector Derek Malone, Director of Public' Works CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL Meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. Matt Hutsell, Sally Grimes, Chip Foster, Craig Davis and, Kevin Fron were present. PUBLIC HEARING Mayor Johnson opened the hearing at 6:00pm. 1.)To discuss and receive comments on request for a: zone change and replat for properties located at 407-417 W. Fifth Street, from Duplex (D) to Tiny Homes (TH). 2.)To discuss and receive comments for the 2019 property tax rate. 3.) To discuss and receive comments for the 2019-2020 fiscal year budget. Mayor Johnson asked for comments. No Comments. Mayor Johnson closed public hearing at 6:01pm CITIZENS APPEARANCE (3 minute limit-Council may not respond) None APPROVAL OF MINUTES-REGULAR MEETING 1.). Discuss and approve request for zone change from Duplex (D) to Tiny Homes (TH) and replat for properties A: Zach Cox, P&Z will include in ordinance proposed square feet per person or number of bedrooms. Lease located at 407-417 W. Fifth Street. Q: How many can occupy? agreement will also limit occupancy. Q: Who will maintain properties? A: The owner Shane Flippin will maintain all properties.
