TOLAR CITY COUNCIL MINUTES - JUNE 27, 2019- - SPECIAL MEETING The City of Tolar Council met on June 27, 2019 at 6:00 P.M.  Present:  Terry Johnson, Mayor Matt Hutsell, Mayor Pro Tem Sally Grimes Craig Davis Kevin From Chip Foster  Absent: City Staff Present: Citizens Present: CALL TO ORDER ROLLCALL NEW BUSINESS street improvements.  Michelle Burdette, City Secretary Derek Malone, Director of Public Works Marvin Reavis, Reavis Consulting Engineers  Meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m.  Matt Hutsell, Sally Grimes, Craig Davis, and Kevin From were present.  1.) Consider bid or bids received and take action to award the construction contract for the 2018 Series CO, for Bid documents were provided by Marvin Reavis. Only one bid was received for the project in the amount of Motion by Sally Grimes, second by Kevin From to award the contract to Jay Mills Contracting.  $815,750.00. The bid was submitted by Jay Mills Contracting.  Motion carried 3/1  2.) Consider and take action allowing Cirra, whom is an internet company currently leasing space on the water tower to connect directly to Coty of Tolar's electric connection for a fee of $20.00 a month.  Motion by Matt Hutsell, second by Sally Grimes to approve the connection.  Motion carried 4/0 ADJOURN Motion carried 4/0  Motion by Sally Grimes, second by Craig Davis to adjourn meeting ate 6:16P.M.
