TOLAR CITY COUNCIL MINUTES- MAY 20, 2019. - REGULAR MEETING The City of Tolar Council met on Monday, May 20, 2019 at 6:00P.M. Present: Terry Johnson, Mayor Chip Foster Kevin From Sally Grimes Matt Hutsell Craig Davis Absent: City Staff Present: Joyce Johnson, City Secretary Zach Cox, P&Z, Code Enforcement, Building Inspector Derek Malone, Director of Public' Works CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL Meeting was called to order at6 6:00 p.m. Sally Grimes, Chip Foster, and, Kevin From were present, Matt Hutsell and Craig Davis were absent. PUBLIC HEARING Mayor Johnson opened the hearing at 6:05pm. subdivision for property located at 8310 W. Hwy 377. subdivision of property located at 8312 W. Hwy 377. Mayor Johnson asked for comments. Mayor Johnson closed public hearing at 7:05pm BJ Oliver, the developer of WOMP properties addressed all neighboring property owners concerns.
