TOLAR CITY COUNCIL MINUTES - REGULAR MEETING  The City of Tolar Council met on Monday, May 18, 2020 at 6:00 P.M.  Present:  Terry Johnson, Mayor Sally Grimes Chip Foster Craig Davis Kevin From  Absent: City Staff Present: CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL  Matt Hutsell, Mayor Pro-Tem Michelle Burdette, City Secretary/P&Z Shavonne Kenley, Water Dept. Admin. /Code Enforcement Derek Malone, Director of Public Works/Ispector  Meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m.  Terry Johnson, Mayor, Sally Grimes, Chip Foster, Craig Davis, Kevin Fron CITIZENS APPEARANCE (3 minute limit-Council may not respond)  PUBLIC HEARING None  APPROVAL OF MINUTES-REGULAR MEETING 1.) February 18, 2020 regular meeting.  Motion: by Craig Davis, second by Kevin Fron to approve minutes as presented.  Motion carried 4/0 NEW BUSINESS  1.) Discuss and approve the operation of UTV'S on the City of Tolar roads. Motion: by Craig Davis, second by Sally Grimes to table. Motion: by Chip Foster, second by Craig Davis to table.  Motion carried 4/0 Motion carried 4/0 3.). Approval of financials Bank Reconciliation Statement of Financial Income and Expenses Expenses by' Vendor Detail Profit & Loss Budget VS. Actual  2.) Discuss and approve adding security to the city hall, i.e. cameras, alarm system etc.  Motion: by Craig Davis, second by Chip Foster to approve all as presented.  Motion carried 4/0    STAFF REPORTS 1.) Public' Works 2.)! Planning and zoning 3.) Code Enforcement  Public' Works Director submitted written work report to council 16 Permits were issued between March and May of 2020. Discussed code enforcement for sections oft the city.  61 letters were mailed between March and May of 2020. Two of which were extensions. City Secretary met and toured Mission Granbury for possible food bank in Tolar.  3.). Administrative 4.) Council No updates.  City Secretary highlighted at financial comparison oft the city's financial state this time in 2019 as to current 2020.  EXECUTIVE SESSION None  ACTION ON ITEMS TAKEN UP IN EXECUTIVE SESSION  No action was taken ANNOUNCEMENTS  Regular meeting June 15, 2020 @6P.M.
