TOLAR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT MINUTES-January 16, 2020-1 REGULAR MEETING The Tolar Economic Development met on Monday, January 16, 2020 at 6:00P P.M.  Present:  Matt Hutsell Kevin From Cody Watson Michelle Burdette Derek Malone None  Citizens Present: CALL TO ORDER  A quorum was established and the meeting was called to order at 6:02 P.M.  NEW BUSINESS  1.) Addition of a pergola to the atrium area.  Bids were considered for the addition of a pergola under the atrium. After some discussion the  board awarded the pergola bid to Wynn Turner of Granbury.  2.) Planting blue bonnet seed in the right of ways entering and exiting Tolar.  The board approved. OLD BUSINESS  1.) Sidewalk replacement on the north side of Hwy 377. The board awarded the bid to Rafter B Concrete of Tolar. 2.) Sidewalk addition to the rear of buildings on the north side of Hwy 377. The board awarded the bid to Rafter B Concrete of Tolar.
