He didi request the council abandon West Sth Street. The council did not take action. 5.)To discuss and possibly take action regarding hiring Ray Wilson as Tolar Police Chief. Motion: by Chip Foster, second by Brian Gall tol hire Ray Wilson as the Tolar Police Chief. Police Chiefsalary will bej paid out of Covid Relief Money awarded to' The City ofTolar. Shield Engineering Group discussed current development and presented portfolio oftheir scope of work. No action was taken.. 7.). Approval ofa all financials.
