TSC19-054 Kevin Sample made a motion to approve the meeting minutes of October 7, 2019 and Clay D. TSC19-053 Chandra Muruganandham made a presentation for discussion for staff direction regarding the installation of a loading zone at 1120 W. Hickory Street. Three options were presented. The current City practice of requesting loading zone paid permits was shared. Kevin Moore the Operator of Zalat Pizza spoke to confirm the request for 10 minute parking for 2-4 spots between 1120 W Hickory and Welch near the restaurant. He has visited with his associated neighbors for support and the safety concern in the area.
