MINUTES CITY OF DENTON January: 13,2021  TAXI INCREMENT REINVESTMENT ZONE NUMBER TWO BOARD  After determining that a quorum was present, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Number Two Board of the City of Denton, Texas, convened in a Special Called Meeting on' Wednedw,.nayl3.20A, at 11:07 a.m. int the Council Work PRESENT: John Baines (Chair), Jill Jester (Vice Chair), Tony Clark, Jesse Davis, Bob Eames, Jimmy Mejia, Mark McLellan,  Session Room at City Hall, 215 E. McKinney Street, Denton, Texas.  Lee Ramsey, Selwyn Rayzor, and Jason Tomlinson  ABSENT: Steve Edgar and Alex Payne Commerce, and Erica Sullivan 1. ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION  Also present were Jessica Rogers, Mack Reinwand, Cory Lacy (Chamber of Commerce), Erica Pangburn (Chamber of  A. TIRZ21-001 Consider approval of the meeting minutes of February 12, 2020.  Jill. Jester made a motion to approve the meeting minutes of February 12, 2020 as presented. Davis, Jester, McLellan, Mejia, Ramsey, Rayzor, and Tomlinson  ABSENT WHEN VOTE TAKEN (0): Eames  Receive a report, hold a discussion, and make a recommendation to City Council regarding the 2019/2020 Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Number Two (Westpark TIRZ) Annual Report.  Eames joined the meeting.  Sullivan presented the item. Discussion followed. Jesse Davis made a motion to approve the 2018/2019 Annual Report.  McLellan seconded the motion. Motion carried (9-0).
