CALL TO ORDER Mayor Chavez called the City Council Regular Meeting to order at 7:32 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City. 2. Proclamation of Older American Month City Council proclaimed May as Older American Month and presented the proclamation to the City's Older. American of the Year, Ms. Annette Costantino. C.F Recognition of Older American of the Year City Council recognized Ms. Annette Costantino as the City's Older American of the Year and presented her with a certificate. D. Update from Committee on Aging Committee Chair Carole Rodenbucher and Vice Chair Liz Powell provided an update on Committee on Aging meetings and accomplshments. Recognition of Cleminson School The City Council recognizes Cleminson School for receiving the California Distinguished School Award and earning the Lighthouse School Designation. AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE CAFÉ FURNITURE FOR THE LAS TUNAS The City Council is requested to authorize the purchase of café furniture for the STREETSCAPE BUSINESS GRANT PROGRAM Las Tunas Streetscape Business Grant Program. Recommendation: Authorize City Staff to move forward with the purchase of thirty-six (36) café tables, thirty-six (36) outdoor umbrellas, and seventy-two (72) outdoor aluminum chairs from Restaurant Furniture Plus for a total of $36,225,88. E. MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY AND THE SAN GABRIEL COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS (SGVCOG) TO FUND COST OVERAGES FOR THE MPLEMENTATION OF THE UPPER LOS ANGELES RIVER WATERSHED MANAGEMENT GROUP (ULAR) COORDINATED INTEGRATED MONITORING PROGRAM (CIMP) AND The City Council is requested to approve the Memorandum of Agreement with San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments for cost related to implementation of the Coordinated Integrated Monitoring Program (CIMP) and Watershed WATERSHED MANAGEMENT PLAN (WMP) Management Plan. Recommendation: 1. Approve a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) (Attachment "A") between the City of Temple City (City) and the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments (SGVCOG) to fund cost overages related to implementation of the Coordinated Integrated Monitoring Program (CIMP) and Watershed Management Plan (WMP); 2. Authorize the City Manager to sign the MOA; and Clean Water Program (Measure W) Funds. 3. Approve a budget adjustment of $9,650 for FY 23-24 to be paid with Safe F. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 24-5736 APPROVING THE INSTALLATION OF ADDITIONAL SIGNAGE, AND REPAINTING OF CURB MARKINGS IN The City Council is requested to approve the installation of additional signage, and repainting of curb markings in front of 5522 Gracewood Avenue.
