MINUTES CITY OF DENTON NUMBER ONE BOARD November 17, 2021  DOWNTOWN DENTON TAX INCREMENT FINANCING REINVESTMENT ZONE  After determining that a quorum was present, the Downtown Denton Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Number One Board of the City of Denton, Texas, convened in a Financing Regular Meeting on Wednesday, November 17, 2021, at 12:03 p.m. in the Development Service Center PRESENT: Melissa Lenaburg (Chair) Daniel Abasolo, Ben Esely, and Paul Meltzer  Training Rooms 4 &5 5, 4011 N. Elm Street, Denton, Texas.  ABSENT: Vicki Byrd, Marybeth Doyle, and Suzanne Johnson  Also present were Christina Davis, David Gaines, Mack Reinwand, and Erica Sullivan  1. ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION  A. TIF21-032 Consider approval of the minutes of September 22, 2021.  Esely made ai motion to approve the meeting minutes of September 22, 2021 as presented.  Abasolo seconded the motion. Motion carried (4-0). AYES (4): Abasolo, Esely, Lenaburg, Meltzer  NAYS (0): None  B. TIF21-033 Receive a report, hold a discussion, and make a recommendation to the City Council regarding the proposed changes to the Downtown Reinvestment Grant  Program.  Sullivan presented the item. Abasolo made a motion to make ai recommendation to the City Council approval of] Downtown Reinvestment Grant Program changes as drafted with the removal oft the owner-occupied housing as scoring criteria.
