January 10, 2022 meeting. Gil Cherry made the motion to ACCOUNTS PAYABLE: Board to review and consider approving accounts payables.. Joseph Crouch made the motion to approve FINANCIALS: Board to review and consider approving the December 2021 financial statements. Russ Petty made the motion to FACADE GRANT APPLICATION: Bardt to review and consider approving changes made to the Facade Grant 2021/2022 application. Joseph Crouch madet the motion to approves the changes. Gil Cherry seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously. FAÇADE GRANT REQUEST: Board to review and consider approving al Façade Improvement Grant application for 1210 Hailey Street.. Joseph Crouch made the motion to approve an amount not to exceed $1,150.00. Russ Petty seconded. The FAÇADE GRANT REQUEST: Board to review and consider approving al Façade Improvement Grant application for 1408 Hailey Street. Joseph Crouch made the motion to approve an amount not to exceed $5,831.00. Gil Cherry seconded. Russ CLOSED SESSION: Gil Cherry made the motion to enter into Executive under Section 551.087 of the Texas Government Code, to discuss economic development negotiations. No action will be taken ini the Executive Session as iti is not permitted by law.. Joseph Crouch RECONVENE: Amotion was made by Gill Cherry to re-enter into Regular Session with a second from Mark Meneses. The motion carried  approve the minutes.. Joseph Crouch seconded.
