SEED MDD and the City of Sweetwater for the purpose of providing a 10, percent match required from the City of Sweetwater for the Airport Layout Plan  with Narrative.  6.) Closed Session: Board to consider entering Executive Session under Section 551.087 and! 551.072 of the Texas Government Code, to discuss economic development negotiations and deliberate on sale of real property.
