Mayor Reeves has discussed with Tim Brockman and he isre reviewing plans. He may come to meeting int future to discuss specifications. Tim Brockman suggested not using metal roof because ofl leak issues, he suggested in going with PVC roofing membrane. 7:20pm 8. Discussion concerning exterior look of community center. Motion by Franky Soto to place ad inp paper to accept bid to repair Stucco and repaint outside of Community Building. 2nd by Larry Crump, 7:26pm 9. Discussion about purchasing generator for Community Center along with later entering into agreement with Baptist Church is case of extended loss of power. Mayor reported City could purchase a 26kw Honeywell generator installed for $10,000. Later in week have to take samples of sledge and samples from MOFF tank, approximate cost $1700-2000 per sample. Obtain an environmental easement from Henry Jay' Warren and he wants an analysis from Texas A&M. Application for place on ballot runs from. January 181 fori first day to file until February 17 last day to file. Members up for election Aaron Bessent, Franky Soto, Frank Pearce and Johnie Reeves.
