Opened meeting with a prayer. 10:01am 2. Citizen participation: none  10:01am 3. Discussed closing the 100 block of West Firestation Road on July 1* 2023 for the Stars and Stripes celebration. Discussedi food truck and pedestrian traffic being heavy in that spot. Motion made to close 100 block of W. Firestation St. all day during the Stars and Stripes celebration. Motion made by Aaron Bessett, 2nd by Jessica Scales, 10:03am 4. Discussed water office. Bidder: states renovation work is possible, but estimate can't be done until we have certified engineer sign off because it's a public building. Frank appointed Larry Crump and Aaron Bessett to talk with Nick Taylor, local engineer, to see if he can assist or recommend someone. Will be discussed at next  passed by unanimous vote.  meeting.
