Presentation recognizing the filing of a "Petition for Creation of Emergency Services District" to be located in and around the City of Wolfforth and updating the Court regarding statutory procedural requirements, including the prospective setting of public hearing(s). No action will be taken at this time. 12. Consider out of state travel for Rae Brockman to Boulder, Colorado to attend Prison Yoga Instructor class. 13.
