John Whitmore, Parks Program Area Manager. Chair Franklin called the meeting to order at 12:03 PM 1. PRESENTATION FROM MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC McAdams presented the history of Denton Women's Interracial Fellowship (DWIF) and consideration of the geographic placement oft the Public Art project proposal honoring DWIF. 2. NAYS (0): None. G.Roland Vela Athletic Complex Contract Discussion and adoption approximately 1:17pm) Steele moved to adopt the G. Roland Vela Athletic Complex sculpture design contract as AYES (7): Chair Monet Franklin, Vice Chair Michelle Lynn, and Members Alicia Eggert, presented and Franklin seconded. Motion carried.
