CALL TO ORDER On July 23, 2019 at 4:00 p.m., the Kerrville City Council Workshop was called to order by Mayor Bill Blackburn in the City Hall Council Chambers at 701 Main Street. 2. INFORMATION AND DISCUSSION 2.A. Presentation regarding Kerrville Urban Trail System (KUTS) vision, including planning and design efforts. Mark McDaniel introduced the agenda item. Jeremy Walthers presented the KUTS project goals, and introduced the Design Team, Alissa Priebe and David Cater, who reviewed the project design and concept plans. Mr. Walthers, Ms. Priebe, and Mr. Cater responded to questions. 2.B. Long Range Water Supply Plan. E.A. Hoppe introduced the agenda item. HDR consulting engineer Zach Stein presented the Long Range Water Supply Plan and provided information on Kerrville's calculated needs, water supply strategies, and recommendations for long-term water supply. Mr. Stein and E.A. Hoppe responded to questions. Other project representatives in attendance were HDR consulting engineer Cory Shockley and outside legal counsel Sara Thornton. Also in attendance were representatives of Headwaters Groundwater Conservation District. 3.
