AGENDA ADDENDUM  NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWAY, TRAVIS COUNTY, TEXAS to be held on Monday, September 16, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. at Lakeway City Hall, 1102 Lohmans Crossing Road, Lakeway, Texas, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items. The following items are added to the Agenda for consideration:  1. Future Land Use Map Change: 15617 Flintrock Road. Consider a request from Cherry Knoll LLC, to amend the Future Land Use Map for approximately 3 acres ofland  located at 15617 Flint Rock Road, from Commercial to Residential. This item has been postponed at the request oft the applicant.  2. Zoning Change: 15617 Flintrock Road. Consider a request from Cherry Knoll LLC,  the owner of approximately 22.9 acres ofl land located at 15617 Flintrock Road, for approval of a change in zoning from R-1 (Single Family Residential) and C-1 (Office/Retail) to R-8 (Multi-Family Residential).  This item has been postponed at the request of the applicant.  3. Annexation: Bee Creek Road. Consider a request from the owner of the Bee Creek Road surface road between the north intersection of Highlands Boulevard and the north margin of the right-of-way of State Highway 71 for annexation of the subject  property.  a.
