MINUTES July 13,2022  PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSSION  After determining that a quorum was present, the Planning and Zoning Commission ofthe City of Denton, Texas convened in a Work Session on Wednesday, July 13, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Work Session room at City Hall, 215 E. The site is generally located at the northeast corner ofNorthLocust Street and Hercules Lane, int the Cityo ofDenton, Denton County, Texas. THIS ITEM HAS BEEN POSTPONED TOTHE.
